Received a call regarding two small children hanging around the area of Jones Mill Pond unattended.

Domestic Assault - Misd., Mulcahy Drive

Received a call regarding a domestic assault in progress at an apartment on Mulcahy Drive. No Brandon Police officers were on duty at the time and the Vermont State Police were requested to respond to check the area as it was reported that the involved parties left the area in a vehicle.

Received a threatening and harassment complaint on Steinberg Road that had been occurring via phone.

Motor Vehicle Complaint, Franklin Street

Received a call from the American Legion on Franklin Street regarding a tractor/trailer that was parked in their lot. It was later determined that the driver was stopped for his mandatory time break after driving for 8 hours straight and that he would be leaving shortly.

Officers conducted a VIN Verification on a commercial vehicle on Paint Works Road.

A harassment/threatening complaint at a residence on Grove Street, that became physical, was called into the Brandon Police Department.

Violation of Court Order, Supermarket Drive

Received a late reported allegation of a possible violation of court conditions of release at the Hannaford Supermarket in Brandon. The case was later closed due to lack of cooperation on the part of the complainant.

Suspicious Activity, McConnell Road

Officers were dispatched to a report of suspicious activity involving a male in a vehicle on McConnell Road at the Green Mountain Market. The area was checked for the individual, but no one was located.

Disturbance, Mulcahy Drive

An ongoing harassment issue between neighbors was reported on Mulcahy Drive.

Welfare Check, Country Club Road

Responded to Country Club Road to conduct a welfare check on an individual. The individual was found to be okay and did not need assistance.

Crash - Injury to person(s), Center Street

A single car motor vehicle crash was reported on Center Street in which a vehicle drove through the front window of a business. The Vermont State Police originally responded to the scene, but the investigation was subsequently taken over by the Brandon Police Department. Investigation ongoing.

Crash - Property damage only, Franklin Street

Received a 911 call regarding a single car motor vehicle crash with injuries on Franklin Street in front of the American Legion in which a utility pole was damaged. Since no Brandon Police officers were on duty at the time, the Vermont State Police were requested to respond. The crash was later turned over to the Brandon Police Department for investigation.

An officer conducted a VIN Verification on a motorcycle on Franklin Street.

Abandoned Vehicle, Paint Works Road

Received a report of an abandoned vehicle on private property Paint Works Road. The vehicle was subsequently towed.

The Chester Police Department requested assistance from the Brandon Police Department in making a death notification to an individual residing in Brandon.

Retail Theft, Supermarket Drive

A retail theft was reported at the Hannaford Supermarket on Supermarket Drive. The investigation is ongoing.

Assist - Public, Forest Dale Road

Brandon Police spoke with a party regarding a Relief from Abuse order and picking up property from a residence on Pearl Street.
