Michael Dwyer will present a slide lecture on Sunday, March 29 at 2 PM at the Pittsford Congregational Church Fellowship Hall.

In the early 20th century, six immigrant families came from the old empires of Eastern Europe to seek a better life in Vermont. These are the stories of the Elnicki, Kallen, Brutoski, Kamuda, Poremski and Markowski families, all of whom found a permanent home in our community where their descendants live today. Michael will share discoveries, surprises, and photos from his series "Coming to America" published in the Brandon Reporter. This program is presented by the Pittsford historical Society — all are welcome.
